How it Works

1. Sign-Up For Home Delivery

Ready to receive farm fresh, local products delivered weekly right to your door? You have come to the right place! Click the "Get Started" icon below and enter your information. You will be added to a route based on your location (Monday-Saturday). Please note, there is a $10 minimum, which does not include the $3 delivery fee per delivery. We do not charge residential customers a bottle deposit.

2. Place Your Order on Your Designated Delivery Day

We have many items to choose from! May we suggest one of our aged cheddar bars, small-batch ice cream; or, most famously, our chocolate milk? To place an order or make any modifications, you may do so up until 11:30 PM the night before your assigned delivery day; or, you may create a standard order, which will be a recurring order each week. Standard orders are the best way to ensure you do not forget to place your order and you will receive your staples each week!

3. Enjoy Your Fresh, Local Products!

Your neighborhood Milkman will deliver your order on the day you are scheduled for delivery each week. Please note, if you are not home to receive the delivery immediately, you must have a cooler box outside for your Milkman. You may purchase one of our insulated cooler boxes; or, leave out a personal cooler or bag of your own. From our family to yours, we cannot wait to deliver to you!

Is your dairy organic?

Our Farm follows organic practices; however, we are NOT USDA-certified organic.

Are you more expensive than the stores?

It depends on where you shop and which brand you buy -- we are usually right in the ballpark on pricing. Of course, if you take into account the travel cost, time spent, and the impulse items you didn\'t really need at that time, you\'ll save money in the long run with Thatcher Farms home delivery.

Do I have to be home?

No, do you not have to be home. However, you must purchase a Thatcher Farm insulated box; or, leave out a personal cooler. If there is no cooler, your Driver will not leave the delivery. Unfortunately, milk begins to spoil at 40° Fahrenheit- we hate seeing delicious products go to waste! We are not responsible for frozen and/or cracked bottles of milk, especially during the winter months. In the most frigid temperatures, you have less than thirty minutes to bring the milk inside before the bottle may expand and crack.

Are there any Growth Hormones (rBST) in the milk?

Never! Our Farmers do not believe in them and they will never use them.
