How does home delivery work?
There are no contracts to sign. Billing is weekly: whatever you receive this week will be on next week's bill.
How do I place an order?
Most families start with a standard order. You may add to it by leaving a note with your empty bottles or calling the office 617-696-6000 at least a day before.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we ask that you maintain a four item minimum per delivery.
How do I pay?
Prompt payment is appreciated. You may leave cash or a check with you empties, or mail to:

Not home at delivery time?
Your driver will leave your order in a milk box or cooler at your door. Please leave an ice pack in your box or cooler. Milk boxes are best kept in the shade. Silver door boxes are available for 30.00. To make other arrangements speak to your driver or call the office.
Vacation, or don't need a delivery?
Please call the office 617-696-6000 at least a day before.
